Every story that shows up
Every story that shakes you up
Every story that stirs you
Every story that melts you
Every story that triggers
Every story that bothers you
Every story that warms you
Every story that charms you…
Is simply a reminder…
Of all the places you have been
All the stories you have played in…
All that you have done
In another place, another time, another life…
You have been this
You have been that.

And now, when it triggers you…
It opens up that part of you
Which is sitting in fears, anger and guilt
Blame, hate and shame
For lifetimes…

This time when you hear/see the story…
Will you seep in a little more of the same
Or
Will you witness it, to find your peace within…
Is the only choice you have!
